Rotary Club Chennai Bharathi Innovative thinking . Every month planning to have a meeting and family participation with members,annettes, in one of our members residence or office. This month we had in Rtn Geetha Deivasigamani place.She runs Geetham Matrimonial a great place for marriage proposls u can get .They have done till now 500 marriages successfull. Every month we r planning to appreciate and award one person from different field. This month Award goes to Rtr-Dr Arul Raj a noble person who has been taking care of roadside old people and taking them in his auto free of cost and admitting them in homes.A great humanitarian service for many years together. This month we gave away prizes for Vinayaga Chaturthi contestants among members also A new member has been inducted Rtn Dr Megha .She is a Homeopathic Doctor by profession but a beautiful dancer by passion.We also celebrated bdays and anniversary celebration of many members for the month of September. Thank u everyone who made this event a grand success.We all had a great fellowship ,friendship , understanding,team spirit. "Puratchiyalar Virudhugal " is a yearly Award Ceremony wherein the extraordinary students and exceptional teachers from the Government Schools, selfless parents, trendsetting individuals and NGO's working with children across Tamil Nadu are identified, recognized and awarded. The event is set to happen on 1st September 2018 (Saturday) from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Jeppiaar Engineering College . Join hands to make difference in these children's life. Born from an army family my dad ,bro,bro inlaw all were LT.COL .This day rekindled my patriotism to our nation more and fond memories of me going to the army flag hoisting I used look awe as my dad used to get so many medals which I was proud of.As we celebrated today our 72 ND Independence day I was indeed honoured to be the chief guest and hoist the flag and gave a motivational speech in Sir M Venkata Subbarao higher secondary School,TNagar also being a rotarian is what made me proud today and of course proud to be the President of RC Chennai Bharathi.I thank Rtn Chitrakarthik our Director of Club services who also does Value education to have helped in organising this.I m thankful to Rtn Balaji P Director Youth service RC Madras west.

*MAIDEN FIRST MEETING ON AADI FRIDAY*Always First Aadi Friday 3/08/2018 which is an auspicious day we Rotary Club Chennai Bharathi had our First Speaker meeting in Towers club Annanagar my first step as a rotary President.The hall was filled with members and Daniel Jacob and Annetes who were installed by our Guest speaker Rtn Vasanthi Ranganathan who gave a wonderful talk an insight about Rotary .We r honoured to have u mam .Thanks to all members who participated and made it a grand success and a memorable one .

chief guest to do motvational talks.She did about Women Empowerment and how both men and women can start up there own entrepreneurship with the help of motivational talks by MSME ,Guindy head of Chemistry Dept in central govt. Many useful information was given,bank loans etc ,where to go for a start up and how govt and banks can help including bank interest rates .More over they had many stalls by various depts ,Insurance ,my friend Anandhi also kept a stall of handicrafts ,Natural organic products,cloth bags,Churidhar , Vodofone stall by our member Rtn Dr Danger Arul Raj,Jewellery etc.It was indeed a grand success .From RC Chennai Bharathi started with a bang with a new project on 24/07/2018 Rtn Dr Renuka Ramakrishnan President RC Chennai Bharathi Jayashree Kidambi Secretary

GREEN INSTALATION ROTARY CLUB OF CHENNAI BHARATHI WITH A DIFFERENCE Some days r to be remembered always and embedded in our thoughts forever one such is our RC Chennai Bharathi installation me being elected as the 4 th President on 21/07/2018 and Jayashree Kidambi as our secretary and our back bone treasurer Mangala Jayachandran and an ever dedicated team of board ,old and new members who stand along with us when we need them.Each one is a gem of paradise in their own field.Thanking Chief guest DG Rtn Babu Peram sir ,Guest of honour Dr HV Hande Former health minster of TNadu ,AG Ravikumar sir,IPP Suguna devi Muthuvel ,All PDGs ,All Old and new District officials,Rotarians ,my inspiring presidents,Co secretaries and my loving family members .My all time favorite singer Jyothikalai for rendering a awesome invocation song and team from Guild of service brought by most dedicated Dr GIRIDHAR our member, children of God who played Band and dance was just awesome.
